1. What is included on a Royal Caribbean cruise? Alot of food, Entertainment, Activities, taxes, gratuities, and port fees.
  2. Is alcohol included in the price? No all alcohol is separate and not included in the price. When you get your booking number you will be able to see all the packages they offer. Just go to Royal Caribbeans home page and create an account, add booking number to see all they offer that is extra.
  3. Are cornhole tournament entries included in price? No all tournaments will be $20 unless otherwise advertised.
  4. Are air fares included? No, you're on your own with the airfares there are to many variables at hand when doing airfare and usually people can find better rates through search engines and miles. Caribbean site you can schedule.
  5. Can I cruise alone? Yes, you just pay double the price.
  6. Are there shuttles from the airport to the port? Yes, there are you would need to schedule those in advance through the different companies every port is different. Of course there is also Uber, and Taxis
  7. Can we use Future Cruise Credits, Discounts, or Casino comps? No unfortunately not, this is a group incentive cruise so we get the use of the indoor conference rooms the duration of the cruise for getting so many people to go as a group. We have access to the conference rooms 24/7 so you can enjoy the setup whenever you want.
  8. How many tournaments will be run by High Seas Cornhole? On most cruises we will schedule at least 5 tournaments consisting of COED, Blind Draws, singles, and Blind Switches.
  9. Do I need a passport? No, while it is better to have a passport none of our cruises will require it an original birth certificate will work although when it comes to customs it is slower. Also, if you ever got in a situation at one of the ports you will want to have a passport if you miss the ship.
  10. Do I have to make reservations for the shows? No, you don't there is usually space available they do not book to full capacity during early registration. However, for the planners out there it is better to go ahead and get your times set in stone based off of the cornhole tournament schedule. It is impossible for me to schedule tournaments around all activities.
  11. Do I need luggage tags? Yes, if you are checking luggage at the curb, you will need luggage tags that you can print out through the website. If you forget them the porters have some they can add.
  12. Do I need a wifi package? If you want to keep in contact with your world while on a cruise yes you do, and it is also better and cheaper to use the ship wifi rather than what your carrier offers. You also only need 1 device you are able to switch back and forth through devices.
  13. What time does the ship leave port? Ships usually leave between 4- 430 pm the latest you can board on embarkation day is 3pm, please make sure you make good travel arrangements to make sure you don't miss the ship. If that means flying in the day before then do it as there are no refunds unless you have travel insurance.
  14. Do we sell travel insurance? Yes, we get it through Royal Caribbean themselves and there are other 3rd party companies you can choose from if you need insurance. Ask me for a quote.
  15. Can you take snacks or drinks on the ship for your room? Yes, you are allowed to take some snacks and a 12 pack of soda in your carry on. You are also aloud 2 regular size wine bottles during your trip. Do not pack any of this in general luggage just carry on.
  16. Do I have to make dining reservations? No, I will be setting everyone in this group up to either do a set time or my time dining. The most important part of dining is if you don't like your dining time then please go to the main dining room and have it changed to better suit your schedule. I try and schedule us based on activities and the tournament schedule but it's not perfect.
  17. Are there payouts and awards? Yes, there will be cash payouts for every tournament 1st-3rd and awards to go along with that. Also, there will be championship jerseys mailed to you after the cruise for specific tournaments. you will then send me a selfie with the jersey on so you can be pasted on the Caribbean World Champion Page.
  18. Why is the price of the cruise cheaper through Royal? Depending on when you look and the options you add it could be cheaper through Royal the only problem is you won't be able to play cornhole as this is not a Royal Caribbean event. These events are only for people cruising with the group this is not a shared space. So of course there is a price to pay for that, but it isn't much. In most cases when you check the Royal site closer to the cruise date the price from Royal will be higher, so it evens out.
  19. Will there be merchandise for sale on the cruise? Yes, there will be High Seas Cornhole hats for sale on the ship, and also there will be a special jersey designed for each individual cruise and year. These are for sale on this site, and you can also Venmo me before the cruise if you want a jersey. Jerseys will be given out the first night at the welcome blind draw.
  20. Is there a refund policy? Yes, the refund policy is defined by days before you cancel, it is defined on the page where you select your cabin at bottom. Please follow this as a guideline there are no exceptions.
  21. Is a credit card required? Yes, you will need a credit card on file with Royal Caribbean when you fill out all your boarding information. While on the ship your C-Pass card which is also your door key will act as your credit card. After each day you can see the charges. Please make sure you do not have any charges that are not yours. If you do go to customer service usually on deck 4.
  22. Do payments need to be made on time? Yes, the group payments mimic what Royal Caribbean is asking me to pay to them, so the dates are important. If you cannot make the payments, please contact me and we will figure something out.
